(9) Section 26 (2) (b), as enacted by Ordin- ance No. 23 of 1932, is repealed and the following paragraph substituted there- for:

(b) No vessel shall without a written permit from the Harbour Master be moor- ed or at anchor, between 9 p.m. and 5 a. m., within a distance of less than one hundred yards from low water mark of such part of the Colony as may for the time being be declared in paragraph 2 of Table N in the Regulations to be a part of the Colony in respect of which the pro- visions of section 26 (2) (h) of this Ordin- ance shall apply: Provided that nothing contained in this sub-paragraph shall be construed as extending to any vessel moored or at anchor alongside any private wharf with the written consent of the owner of such wharf."

(10) Section 39 is amended by the repeal of the word Schedule in the ninth line of sub-section (1), the fifth line of sub- section (2) (c), the last line of sub-section (8), the second and last lines of sub- section (12) thereof and the substitution therefor of the word "Regulations ".
(11) Section 41 (3) is amended by the repeal
of the words "the marine magistrate in the sixth line thereof and the substitu. tion therefor of the words a marine magistrate ".

(12) Section 42 (1) (c) is amended by the repeal of the word Schedule and the substitution therefor of the word "Regula- tions".

(18) Section 42 (2) is amended by the repeal of the words except for breach of quarantine regulations in the fourth line thereof.
